FUJIKON INTRODUCES TWO WIRELESS ELECTRO-ACOUSTIC PRODUCTS
TARGETS TO COMMENCE SHIPMENT EARLY NEXT YEAR

(Hong Kong, 13 October 2005) - Leading Hong Kong electro-acoustic products designer and manufacturer Fujikon Industrial Holdings Ltd. ("Fujikon" or  "the Group")(stock code: 0927) today introduced two new state-of-the-art wireless electro-acoustic products, a Bluetooth Stereo Headset and a 2.4GHz Digital RF Headphone. The two new products are debuted at the Hong Kong Electronic Fair 2005 being held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre between today and 16 October 2005.

Together with its existing Single and Dual Channel IR Headphones, RF Stereo Headphones, FM Transmitters and Bluetooth Communications Headsets, Fujikon is offering a full range of wireless electro-acoustic products that caters to the diverse needs of customers.

Bluetooth Stereo Headset
Boasting automatic pairing between Stereo bluetooth headset and transmitter, Fujikon's Bluetooth Stereo Headset can be used with mobile phone and MP3 player as a single headset. By connecting the headset to any analogue audio source (TV / Stereo / MP3 play etc.) via Bluetooth Transmitter, the user can send the audio to the headset and listen to music in streaming mode. The design of the headset & transmitter, with a light headband, gives users maximum wearing comfort. It is perfect for travel entertainment or as an add-on for home entertainment system. The user can select to answer or reject an incoming call at the press of a button, switch to the mobile phone for picking up incoming calls, and switch back to music after a call is completed.

Currently nearly all mobile phone manufacturers, as well as service providers, offer various types of hands-free kits with their products. The incorporation of mobile phone and MP3 player features is the upcoming trend, which will translate into demand for bluetooth stereo headsets.

To fulfill customers' diverse needs, Fujikon has made a complete new product tooling in improved appearance and usage comfort level. The product matches the current market requirement of having the latest BT Version 1.2 stereo streaming profile, which have improved interference control over the older Version 1.1, and incorporates basic "headset" and new "hands-free" features.

2.4GHz Digital RF Headphone
Employing the latest digital technology, the 2.4GHz Digital RF Headphone is able to convert audio signals into digital signals for transmission, and then decode the digital signals for playback in the original source signal, and simultaneously eliminate the static or hissing noises prevalent when analogue wireless headphone are used. The 2.4GHz Digital RF Headphone allows users to enjoy static free music through digital wireless streaming within a 20 meters diameter without having a hassle with wires.

In order to increase the product's competitiveness in the market, Fujikon has utilized its current RF-820 headphone tooling, which has well received from customer at last year's Hong Kong Electronic Fair & the Las Vegas CES 2005. Using up to 8 transmitters in parallel and with automatic scanning to lock on the transmitter, the 2.4GHz Digital RF Headphone is suitable for educational applications, interpretation application and multiple audio sources, as the user can switch channel by a simple push of a button on the headphone.
